Pasture-based farming offers many benefits to animals, humans and the land. Also, we are a small, local farm and when you buy from us you support farms, rural communities, and food security. 

 

We try very hard to handle the animals gently and to allow them to be who they are. We respect the land, and farm as organically and biodynamically as possible.

 

Grass-fed Beef

Available in Ashfield at Neighbor's Store, in Acton at Idylwilde farm, and in West Concord at Debra's Natural Gourmet. We do not routinely use antibiotics, hormones or grain. Studies have shown grass-fed beef to be lower in fat and significantly higher in Omega-3’s and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and Vitamin E than feed-lot beef. Timothy Hay

 

We offer square and round bales of dry hay year around. Pick up or delivery. Prices vary, but are always fair.
